The GOOD Foundation: ‘Supporting Our Blue Line Families’

-

The GOOD (Guardians Of Our Dependents) Foundation was started in 2009 to aid the families effected by the death or injury of a police officer.

“The mission of the GOOD Foundation is to support families of Police officers who passed away from a line of duty death, non-line of duty death, and those injured in the line of duty,” states their website. “Our foundation has been able to help over two dozen families from police departments in New York State by supporting children in numerous activities, sponsor events for the families to spend time with those who experienced the same loss, provide a scholarship each year, assist with home repairs and provide general support to the surviving spouse and children.”

At this time, the GOOD Foundation has many different upcoming events that you can participate in that will help support its wonderful cause.
