EAST PATCHOGUE – Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing East Patchogue man who suffers from Alzheimer’s.
Warren Gerard, 89, of East Patchogue, was least seen leaving a resident, located at 6 Robin Drive in Middle Island. He was driving a 2002 white Nissan Frontier with New York State license plate LSL 8452.
Gerard is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 135 pounds, with gray/white hair and a gray moustache.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on Gerard’s location to call 911 or Fifth Squad Detectives at 631-854-8552.
Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
